What sort of security officers do we employ?

Archer Solutions offers employment across a range of security roles. Mobile Patrol Guards and Loss Prevention Officers are a speciality.

Are there any costs I need to pay?

No.

How does the recruitment process work?

  1. Upon receipt of your online application, your previous experience and skills will be matched with any vacancies that exist.
  2. From here if you have been short listed to an employment opening, you will contacted for an interview.
  3. If successful at your interview you will be engaged by Archer Solutions as your employer and advised if your job specifics.

What is the pay week?

Pay is made fortnightly on Wednesdays, with the pay period being from Monday to Sunday.

How do I get paid?

Electronic funds transfer is made into your nominated bank account. These will show up as cleared funds on a Thursday.

How do timesheets work?

Different sites run different timesheets, and this will be explained to you during your induction.

Do you get paid overtime or penalty rates?

All employees are paid in line with the Archer Solutions (Security) 2015 EBA, with different employment levels and classifications entitled to different penalties and allowances.

Do I get paid Superannuation?

Yes, all ordinary hours carry a 9.5% super payment in accordance with Fair Work Australia.
